Before the Internet the thought of marketing a product to a
foreign country, to people who spoke a foreign language was,
well something that small marketers from home didn’t contemplate
very much.

Imagine before the Internet how difficult it would be to sell a
Barbie Doll from Kmart to a buyer in Russia, Singapore or
Eastern Europe.

Just to reach a potential customer with your ad is almost
overwhelming when you think about how you’d try to do it.

Then accept payment in that foreign currency and execute the
rest of the transaction.

Fast forward now to the age of the Internet and suddenly
advertising your Barbie doll to a foreign person in a foreign
country who’ll be paying in foreign currency can be a mere
formality.

And it’s not just restricted to Barbie Dolls. The sky is the
limit.

The main online companies that make all this possible and
incredibly easy and efficient are google, ebay, paypal, and
yahoo. There are other players like clickbank who can also help
if you’re dealing in instantly downloadable products.

Between these five are all the resources and tools you need to
target and push your message further than you ever thought
possible.

Internet Marketing in 2005 is all about niche marketing. Finding
a not so crowded niche that you can hone your skills and
interests to make money online and at home is becoming more and
more popular.

What about creating a niche by targeting a foreign market?

All you need is a friend or acquaintance or someone you pay on
an hourly basis who can speak the language you’re targeting.

Plus, a computer with an operating system that can read and
write in the targeted language. Once you have these two
criteria, you’re most of the way there.

Ebay, yahoo and google make it very easy to go global. For
example within your google PPC account you can create ads in
many languages targeting many keywords.

Set up and ad delivery can be done in minutes. Just think, your
ad can be broadcast to the four quarters of the globe, in a
number of foreign languages - in minutes.

If you’re marketing a few select products it’s easy to get
things automated to the stage where you’ll be able to list items
without the help of the native speaker.

Emails can be directed directly or indirectly to your native
speaker for translation and the whole operation can be
streamlined for maximum efficiency.

Because of email the native speaker doesn’t even have to be from
your area.

Once you’ve picked your target country and product(s) you can do
the usual overture keyword search term to check demand of your
idea in that country.

If things work out it’s also quite easy to create a homepage in
the foreign language to further enhance sales. If things don’t
work out, then you’ve lost very little.

The real benefit of targeting foreign buyers is that it allows
you to escape the brutal level of competition for the same
products and prices in the domestic market.

If you can source a good product (good profit margin, not prone
to breakage) and communicate your offer to foreign buyers then
consider this niche marketing option.

The great benefit to mothers of this type of marketing is that
you can try a different form of marketing that you can do
quickly and at minimal cost.

leadership talents.

Empowering Strategy-1 - Envision Your Significance!

Every person has the potential to make a difference in this
world. Look at how your life interacts with others and
offers them opportunities to discover, contribute or create

=> meanings,

=> impacts,

=> solutions.

See yourself taking positive actions, making meaningful
contributions and shaping creative solutions. To succeed, be
someone who searches for and empowers meanings, impacts or
solutions to enrich our work, lives and situations.

Empowering Strategy-2 - Model Success!

The first rule of investment is: “Invest in yourself first!”

History is the stories of leaders, role models and movers
and shakers. Why try to re-invent the wheel, when there are
thousands of successes already available to you?

Stop reading this article and run to your bookshelf or
library and find the life story of the person you consider
to be the greatest leader of all time.

Still here? - don’t come back until you have that book in
your possession.

OK, now start reading, studying and applying the principles
that that person used to reach their pinnacle of success.

Empowering Strategy-3 - Be Eager to Learn New Things!

Well, let’s see - there are many ways to acquire new
knowledge, uncover hidden truths and find wisdom:

=> books, magazines, articles and papers, training courses
and programs, discussion groups, media outlets, stories and
plays, dreams and meditations, fasting ad prayers. <=

If you are a person who works with information, people or
ideas you need to invest at least 4 hours a week into your
continuing education or $60 USD a month or both.

In this ever-changing world of challenges, problems and
opportunities, you need to force yourself to be eager to
learn new things!

Empowering Strategy-4 - Appreciate Yourself!

be remembered, recorded and contemplated on using:

=> Diaries and journals

=> Mind-maps or doodling

=> Audio or video-taping

Empowering Strategy-5 - Harmonize Your Mind!

Meeting with people who wish to share their ideas,
objectives and visions with you in a spirit of perfect
cooperation and harmony increases your success to Warp-speed
factor-10!

You probably already have seen how other legendary leaders
have used this Master Mind concept to great benefit - just
look at the role played and power exerted by the alliances
your leader participated in.

Your Master Mind may include people you usually do not
associate with - like other professionals, entrepreneurs and
leaders - almost certainly, your everyday colleagues,
friends or family members will not want to join your group.

Empowering Strategy-6 - Energize Your Faith!

Faith is simply a matter of adding something of substance to
your hopes and then using the eyes of your mind to see
evidence of those things even though they are not yet there.

What do you hope for? To energize your faith, you must first
put some substance into your hope.

Let’s say you are hoping for a better job. What substantial
efforts are you investing into that hope?

=> Have you re-written or prettied-up your CV/Resume?

=> Are you consulting with Search counselors or experts?

=> Do you know which jobs or industries you want to work in?

Empowering Strategy-7 - Be Willing to Serve!

Greed, selfishness and closed-mindedness block the flow of
power every time - these negative attitudes compel us to
pull back from connecting with and enjoying sources of
power.

Power is a two-way exchange, we give it away and take
advantage of it. Jesus observed that the “greatest among you
[human beings] shall be servant of all.”

History’s greatest and most beloved leaders have all been
servants to their cultures, nations and to our world.

You can learn more about this subject by reading our ‘blog’: Leadership skills training & development for creating energy!
Leadership skills training & development for creating energy!

We boost our own power when we serve the needs of others, so
by giving away the power of our time, abilities and gifts,
we increase our own power-supply.

May the Lord God always bless those who make the effort to
bless others first and foremost - that’s my prayer for you.

Nothing can be more exciting & terrifying at the same time than buying your 1st home. Everyone talks about all the advantages of buying real estate such as the tax benefits, appreciation etc. But there are some risks involved and the more knowledge you have before you start the process the less vulnerable you will be to those risks. Now that you have decided to take the plunge there are some things you can go to make the experience exciting and pleasurable.

One of the 1st things you should do is interview 3 Mortgage Specialists. This accomplishes 3 things, 1st you know in advance how much home you can afford. The worst feeling is to go out looking, find your dream home and then realize you cannot afford it. After that it will be really frustrating trying to find another home. Knowing what your price range is before you start looking assures that when you do find a home you will be able to afford it. 2nd, once you decide to put in an offer, being “Pre-Approved” puts you in a stronger bargaining position, especially it you happen to be in a multiple offer situation. 3nd you will have a relationship established with a mortgage broker. This will move things along much more efficiently once you have found your home.

Now that you have been “Pre- Approved” it is time to start the Search for your dream Home. 95% of people turn to the Internet to start that search. There are many options but realtor.com is probably the most popular. This tool can help you get to know the real estate market in the area you want to live. Check out the average home prices for the size of home you are looking to purchase in any given area. Real Estate prices can really fluctuate greatly even in the same city.

Once you have found a few homes that interest you, it is time to call a real estate agent. Having a buyer’s agent costs you nothing, the seller pays all the fees. So take advantage of all the benefits they have to offer. Here is a sample:

• Evaluate the specific needs and wants of the buyer and locate properties that fit those specifications.

• Assist the buyer in determining the amount that they can afford (pre-qualify) and show properties in that price range and locale the consumer has determined.

• Assist in viewing properties and either accompany the client on the showings or preview the properties on behalf of the client to insure that the identified specifications are met.

• Research the selected properties to identify any problems or issues to help the consumer in making an informed decision prior to making an appropriate offer on the property.

• Advise the client on structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property.

• Present the offer to the sellers agent and seller on the clients behalf.

• Negotiate on behalf of the buyer client to help obtain the identified property. Keep in mind that the buyer agent will be doing so with their clients best interests in mind.

• Review and explain all legal documents to their buyer client.

• Recommendations and assistance in securing appropriate financing for the selected property.

• Provide a list of potential qualified vendors e.g. movers, attorneys, carpenters if these services are needed by the consumer.

Now that you are ready to buy, you will begin the negotiating process. The seller wants the most money and the buyer wants to pay the least amount. This is where the expertise of your real estate agent comes in. Usually the seller gives a little and the buyer gives a little.

Knowledge is power when it comes to purchasing real estate, so educate yourself and the whole process will be exciting & pleasurable!

Christine began her real estate career proving herself a top producer on a new high rise development. This experience gave her valuable knowledge of construction as well as the buying process and resulted in 4-million dollars in sales during her first year.

Fundamental analysis.

Fundamentals analysis says the best way to predict the future trends of a stock is to understand the financial figures of the underlying company. The fundamental analyst would calculate a theoretical value of the company using cash flow analysis, recent dividends and earnings, future dividends and earnings projections plus a host of other economic numbers. If the current stock price is lower than the calculated value, a trader who uses fundamental analysis would buy this stock.

This writer has the opinion that fundamental analysis is difficult to master for it to be useful as a forecasting tool. Understanding and analyzing balance sheets and profit and loss accounts is not enough. You will need to analyze the micro and macroeconomic picture as well. Often you will need to be have the same knowledge equivalent to senior-management of a company you want to analyze – minus the leadership and management skills.

Take the example of Google’s free 2 GB e-mail service. How much does it cost them? Probably about $2 yearly for each customer. Assuming 100 million internet users sign up, the advertising revenues from this segment alone would provide a tidy profit. It is the analyst job to provide a good educated-guess of this number. More importantly, this new signings will provide a customer base to challenge Yahoo and Microsoft. With Google’s dominance in the search engine market, the data mining of such a huge pool of internet users will provide them with an edge in deciding future strategies over its two nearest rivals. Try translating this to what can Google earn in the next two quarters.

One of the better tools is the Z-Score, developed by Edward Altman, a financial economist and professor at New York University’s Stern School of Business, in 1968 to predict corporate bankruptcies within a two-year period. This formula has a 70-plus percent accuracy rate

Technical analysis.

The “price action discounts everything” premise is central to charting, also known as technical analysis. Technical analysis uses graphic representations for prices and makes uses of various quantitative techniques to forecast price trends.

A technician makes profits in any market by having positions in line with the price trend. When the trend is up, then buy. Conversely, when the trend is down, then look to sell. Technical analysis is not an exact science, but it is easy to learn and effective.

Technical analysis is a good starting point for beginners. The foundation should include classical technical analysis, Japanese candlesticks, trendlines, RSI, MACD, ADX, stochastics and moving averages. Learners can complete these core topics within three to six months. With constant practice, you should be able to independently analyze and identify the current trends in the stock market.

Most users of stock charts may only focus on daily charts. However, if users pay equal attention to weekly as well as monthly charts, the picture is intuitively more complete. This is equivalent to understanding how the short, medium and long-term investors are viewing the markets, after all three main types of investors form the market. A handful of stock charting software has this feature of showing say, the relative strength index for the daily, weekly and monthly values on a single screen.

One last point - no single method in technical analysis is sufficient for real-world investing. For example, even if you master Elliott Wave Theory or Gann techniques, by itself it would bring more heartache and disappointment. Often, you will need knowledge from other disciplines and sources to improve your overall investing skills.

Some tips for successful investing in stock markets.

1. Investing is a business. The rules of running a profitable business are the same as investing in stock markets.

2. Learn to spot your own mistakes fast. When a mistake is made, exit your position and live to fight any day. The faster you realize your own mistake and the faster you react will reduce your losses, hence increasing your chances of winning in the long run. A useful method is using a 10% stop loss exit strategy. If you are long, and your stock price goes down by 10%, exit. If this same stock reverses and starts to surge, take this as your mistake of not identifying a more accurate (lower) entry point.

3. Understand yourself inside out. What makes you happy, sad, excited, depressed, ecstatic - the whole spectrum of human emotions are merely states of the mind. This is easier said than done but you have to keep improving your own control mechanisms.

4. Learn the methods of successful fund managers – diversification, emotional detachment and having realistic expectations. Investing is a marathon not a sprint.

5. Money management skills. Whether the amount is $10,000 or $10 billion, the same rules apply. There are plenty of sources of information on this subject from the internet.

6. Learn technical analysis.

The main thrust of this article is to avoid making mistakes that will cost you dearly. How you prepare yourself for bear markets, sideways markets and market crashes are vital to your success.

There are no secrets in investing – no magic formula, no discovery of some useful ancient secrets. Just knowledge, hard work, common sense and discipline will serve you well in the years ahead. This verse from a 2500-years-old text is a useful reminder:

Besides your cabinets, there are few areas in your kitchen that
get as much work and use as your kitchen countertops. As you
begin to think about kitchen remodeling, replacing and updating
your kitchen countertops should be at the top of your list.

Now, obviously; there are a number of different options
available to you in countertops for kitchen remodeling. If you
don’t already have an island in your kitchen, you may want to
consider adding one in your kitchen remodeling plan. At the very
least, you’ll need to think about the material you want to use
in your kitchen remodeling project.

Perhaps the least expensive countertop material on the market is
laminate. This type of material is also a good choice if you
would like to do some of your kitchen remodeling yourself. A
word of caution, however. If there are a lot of angles or curves
in your existing kitchen or in your kitchen remodeling plan, you
are probably better off going ahead and having a professional
install the laminate for you. Even with the cost of labor,
laminate is still a bargain.

Granite countertops are an extremely popular and attractive
option for kitchen remodeling projects. Not only is granite long
lasting but it is also more affordable than other kitchen
remodeling countertop materials. While granite is not a job for
the kitchen remodeling do-it-yourselfer the added expense of
having it professionally installed can pay off in an increased
home value.

Ceramic tile has traditionally been a number one choice for many
kitchen remodeling plans because it’s available in a wide
variety of colors and is resistant to heat. Unfortunately, there
are a few downsides to ceramic tile that you should be aware of
before you rush out and begin selecting samples for your kitchen
remodeling project. First, ceramic tile must generally be
installed by a professional contractor. It’s difficult and can
be time consuming to install which means that this can really
take a toll on your kitchen remodeling budget. Second, ceramic
tile is not impervious to scratches. Finally, ceramic tile can
be detrimental to delicate china, glass and crystal.

Be sure to take in the factors of cost, durability and ease of
use when you are selecting a countertop material for your next
kitchen remodeling project and you’ll be sure to find a material
that is both beautiful and functional.

Sport encourages the integration of the whole organism because it is necessary to think as we move and plan ahead. In performing each movement in response to the run of play, we use mechanisms that nature evolved for the purpose of survival in a hostile world. Sport is today’s equivalent of the hunting, fighting and avoidance of predators that kept our ancestors alive. The skills developed in our past are essential in today’s sport; accuracy, speed, strength and intelligence are all requirements for success.

We have come to believe that the stronger a muscle the better, without a thought to what we actually do with a stronger muscle. I am not advocating we should do nothing, or that all exercise is harmful. The important issue is why we exercise and what is it we hope to achieve? If we want to get fit, ask the question - fit for what? When did you last review your objectives for devoting so much time and effort to its pursuit?

To help achieve optimum performance it is useful to understand the physiology involved so you do not misuse your body. All movement, even of the smallest part, involves the total organism yet many exercise systems fail to recognise the integral nature of human function. Exercises have always been designed to achieve specific improvements for one part of the body in the belief it will benefit the athlete for the particular demands of their sport. My view is that the concentration on individual parts whilst performing these exercises destroys the unity of the organism necessary for good movement.

Getting into shape usually involves a trip to the local gymnasium with its staggering array of equipment. A combination of technology and clever marketing has transformed the dull exercise machine into an essential piece of equipment capable of ‘achieving miracles’. Today’s machines have made it possible to work individual muscles in isolation - the first-time gym user will often joke they ache in muscles they did not know existed. Unfortunately, in the rush to develop the ultimate range of equipment, I believe a vital factor in human development and movement has been overlooked. That is, no single movement involves either an individual or isolated set of muscles! Machines that work a muscle whilst immobilising or supporting part of the body, encourage ‘unnatural’ actions never to be repeated outside the gymnasium, sports scientist Dr Mel Siff wrote: -

“….it is well known in physiology that the body knows of actions, not muscles, so that it is inappropriate to place any intentional stress on individual muscles rather than on the desired motor patterns.”

Even the harmless looking treadmill does not replicate natural activity. Running on a moving surface employs a different combination of muscles when compared with road running. Chuck Wolf, the director of sport science and human performance for the U.S.A. Triathlon National Training Center in Florida acknowledges this problem with the exercise machine saying,

“… our love of machines has caused us to lose sight of the way the body functions. Machines are ideal for multiple repetitions of the same movement patterns along a single plane. Unfortunately, that’s not how we move.”

Too much emphasis is placed on muscle and hence exercises to improve strength at the cost of neglecting the systems that control them. Complex machines are able to analyse the strength of individual muscles in specific movements. However, these machines do not measure the body during natural activity. Problems are then identified with the suspect muscle and exercises prescribed to correct the condition. But what causes the weakness initially? Why is a muscle weak or too tight? A muscle can only do what it is told to do and as we do not have the ability to directly control a muscle we cannot be certain of what we are actually telling it to do. The ‘offending’ muscle is only performing its function as directed by the controlling mechanisms for which we ultimately carry the responsibility. When the police stop a speeding motorist they prosecute the driver not the car!

This is not to say that gymnasiums are harmful - far from it! It is how we approach the use of a gym’s equipment that is vital. They do offer an opportunity to develop body awareness and strength but the temptation is to focus on the specific muscle being exercised whilst ignoring how the whole body can be used. For example, it is common to see people gritting teeth, straining neck muscles and arching their back when using machines to work the biceps. All this unnecessary action is not going to help build the biceps but it will develop poor muscular habits that will affect other activities. If used with the total body in mind these exercises will develop every other muscle appropriately as they are needed to stabilise the frame. So rather than looking to build the abs, biceps and quads separately, be aware of their involvement on every machine.

More recently other gadgets have started to appear on the market that promise to improve balance and proprioception (our ability to sense the position, location and movement of the body and its parts). But do these devices really help to improve performance in your sport? Or do you just acquire a new skill such as balancing on a swiss-ball that may be fun but does nothing to help your game? Bill Hartman, sports scientist and golf coach, writes

“So what can you do to improve your golf-specific balance? Play golf. There is not a gadget or exercise which will improve your golf-specific balance like playing golf. Why? Because nothing can duplicate the demands of playing golf other than playing golf. I know, it sounds silly doesn’t it. If you look at other athletes in any sport from martial arts to gymnastics to hockey, you’ll find that they simply perform their sporting skills over and over to acquire their amazing balance skills. They don’t rely on silly, useless gadgets. If you were a tightrope walker, would you practice on a wooden beam or stand on a stability ball. Of course not, because it would not duplicate the demands of tightrope walking. The rope has its own “feel” and sway that nothing else but a tightrope can duplicate. So if you want to improve your golf-specific balance, play golf.”

So perhaps to get the best from the gymnasium we should take our time to use the machines with total awareness of the actions involved (avoiding distractions such as the gym TV or listen to music ). And perhaps ask whether the action encouraged by the machine is a ‘natural’ one. Will I ever be hanging at an angle where I need to perform a sit-up? It may strengthen the abdominals for that movement, but do I need it? How will it benefit my body as a whole?

An ordinary camera and a good Reiki Therapist or Spiritual Healer may save you years of grief being trapped with the wrong person. They say that the eyes are the windows to the soul. That may be true if you have a glass eye. Jesus loved to talk about the “blind guides” of his day. Yesterday all of my troubles seemed so far away but today they have returned, even though I have learned how to spot evil in people’s eyes. What good does it do? Does it make the person less evil? Are evil people likely to take your suggestion and go for an exorcism or Reiki or a spiritual healing? No, evil people think that they are perfect. They think that you are wrong and they are right. This is one of the many lies that they tell themselves and others endlessly. The good news is that if you learn to spot evil in people’s eyes then you can stay away from them; unless you want to be with them because you are masochistic – you love the pain.

Life seems to be a roller coaster of pain at the bottom and ecstasy at the top, with general malaise being the most common condition. Perhaps Earth is just a roller coaster built by a video gamer billions of years advanced in time. Did you ever wonder how prophets can tell the future? Time must be curved like an infinity symbol lying on its side. The future must have already happened for someone to know what it is. There are billions of Catholics, Protestants, Muslims, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists and Atheists. By definition billions of people have to be wrong. According to each religion the members of their group are angels and everyone else is evil. How could billions of people fall for such baloney? The answer is that the world is a lunatic asylum for the criminally insane. How else could you explain the Pope’s ball gown and a billion people thinking that they need his approval to get into heaven?

Here is how you spot evil in a person’s eyes. This is barring some genetic abnormality, like a clubbed foot. Congratulations to Phil Mickelson. He proved that it doesn’t matter whether you use a Titleist or a Callaway driver, you can still win a green jacket.

Let’s say that you want to know if the person you are in a relationship is evil. There are several key indicators. If they chop you up into tiny little pieces and then eat you this is not a good sign. Before this happens, find a picture of them taken face on with them looking right into the camera. Start by looking at their left eye. Then look at their right eye. In the case of the nice person, both eyes are in the center of the eyeball and focusing right on you. In the case of the not so nice person one eye may be a bit off center and looking out to the side. In the case of the truly evil person both eyes are in the far corner of the eye looking sideways. This is called snake eyes.

When your partner has snake eyes there are always other indicators to go along with it. M.Scott Peck M.D. is a psychiatrist who sold 5 million copies of “The Road Less Traveled.” It is a story about a webmaster who didn’t care about quality inbound one way links. He also wrote “People of the Lie” and “Glimpses of the Devil.” In Glimpses of the Devil he performed two exorcisms each lasting 5 days and he videotaped them in their entirety. The camera caught the second victim shape shifting into a snake faced woman. Once at a Native Indian circle gathering 17 people all saw the 18th person in the circle shape shift into a mosquito. Normally evil people don’t shape shift into mosquitoes. How many toes does a mosquito have? Mosquitoes are getting a bad wrap these days for spreading west nile virus and malaria, as if they can help it.

Evil people lie constantly and endlessly. Their lies and threats are obvious baloney, but they are designed to confuse you and make you doubt yourself so that you will give them power over you. This is an effective tool and has led to numerous of the most evil human beings ever grabbing immense political power over millions of willing followers. Adolf Hitler is an excellent example.

Normally humans have built in radar against evil people. When you are in the presence of an evil person you will get a shaky creepy feeling and want to run for your life. When you are in the presence of an angel person you will feel a warm glow. If your spouse is filled with evil spirits, then suggest that you both go for Reiki, or Spiritual Healing. Some practitioners can even do miraculous distance healing from anywhere on Earth with only the patient’s first name and date of birth. There is no need to be a believer. Gravity will hold you down on a ball flying through space constantly and rotating constantly thousands of miles per hour, no matter what name you give to it and no matter whether you believe in it or not. If you happen to see your spouse shape shift into a foaming at the mouth growling vicious wolf it may be time to take him to the veterinarian for his annual rabies shot, no matter what religion he is. Take my penicillin, please.

Professional golfers on the PGA Tour understand the connection
between golf swing mechanics and the body. The most notable
players in the world have regimented golf fitness programs they
adhere religiously too. The benefits of such programs have been
well documented in the media. Press clippings from Tiger Woods,
Vijay Singh, and Phil Mickelson all refer to golf fitness
exercises being a component of their regular practice schedule.

The amateur can learn a lot from the pros. They can learn the
importance the body has in relation to the golf swing, how golf
swing mechanics and the body are intertwined, and improvement in
the golf game requires the implementation of a golf fitness
program.

Where most amateurs get “off-track” with their golf fitness
training is the components and exercises incorporated in such a
program. Golf fitness programs are quite different then
“general” fitness or “weight training” programs. A golf fitness
program is designed to develop the golfer’s body around the golf
swing. In order for this to occur certain parameters and
exercises are required in such a program.

First and foremost the amateur golfer must understand the
connection between the golf swing and body. The golf swing is a
complex series of biomechanical movements execute by the golfer.
In order for the golfer to execute the biomechanics of the golf
swing correctly. It is necessary for the golfer to have certain
physical parameters well developed.

These physical parameters are flexibility, balance, muscular
strength, muscular endurance, and muscular power. High levels of
flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and power are
required to execute the golf swing correctly. Often times the
amateur golfer is not flexible enough, strong enough, or
powerful enough to execute the golf swing correctly.

This results in the golfer developing compensation patterns in
their golf swing. The result being poor shots and high scores on
the golf course. Bottom line is a physical foundation of
flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and power is required
to develop an efficient golf swing. If the amateur golfer is
lacking in anyone of these categories the foundation upon which
the golf swing is being built will be insufficient.

Once the amateur golfer understands the connection between the
golf swing and the body it is necessary to implement a golf
fitness program, A golf fitness program is different than
“traditional” training programs in such this type of program
develops the body around the golf swing.

A golf fitness program trains the body to the positions,
movements, and requirements of the golf swing. A golf fitness
program is not concern about “beach muscles” or how one looks in
the mirror. Rather a golf fitness program has the primary goal
of improving the scores on the golf course and play of the
golfer.

This type of improvement is a result of using exercise to
develop the physical parameters of the body relative to the golf
swing. A golf fitness program will include flexibility
exercises, balance drills, muscular strength exercise, endurance
training modalities, and power drills. Exercises from all of
these categories are included in a comprehensive golf fitness
program.

Understand the exercises and drills within each of these
categories are not necessarily traditional type of exercises.
For example, flexibility exercises for golf are less concerned
about touching your toes, and more concerned about completing a
full shoulder turn. Flexibility exercises for golf are geared
towards developing the flexibility within your body to execute
the components of the golf swing correctly.

The same can be said about every other category of exercise and
drill incorporated in a golf fitness program. The balance drills
in a golf fitness program are designed to improve the golfer’s
balance capacities relative to the golf swing. Power exercises
in a golf fitness program are designed to improve clubhead
speed. Where as power drills in other programs may be geared
towards improving how fast you run.

Once the amateur golfer understands the connection between the
golf swing and body, the elements of the body needing
development relative to the golf swing, and the components of a
golf fitness program. The final component of understanding is
golf fitness training order.

Often times the amateur golfer desires more power (i.e. clubhead
speed) in their golf swing. As a result they perform only
exercises to enhance the power components within their body.
What the amateur golfer fails to realize is developing golf
strength, endurance, or power is useless if they do not have the
flexibility or balance capacities to execute the golf swing.
Developing the body for the golf swing requires the amateur
golfer to follow a specific order relative to their training
programs.

It is necessary for the amateur golfer to first develop their
flexibility for the golf swing. Secondly proceed to increasing
their balance capacities in relation to the golf swing. Continue
the process with developing strength and endurance for the golf
swing. Completing the process with power drills to enhance
clubhead speed. This guarantees the effort placed within a golf
fitness program will enhance the golfer’s swing. It becomes a
simple process once the golfer is educated on the relationship
between the golf swing and the body. The benefits a golf fitness
program has upon the golfer’s swing, and how to implement golf
fitness exercises correctly.

What Is Blogging?

Blogs have been around for many years but have recently become
somewhat a new ‘craze’. A Blog is short for Web Log is basically
an online journal. They can be set up at little to no cost at
all, and can be used for a wide variety of things. Some bloggers
just blog for the fun of it, while others tend to use their
blogs for business reasons.

The following are just a few ways blogs can be used:

1) Updates Keep customers/clients up to date on changes to your
website. Also new product announcement and new related websites.

2) Reviews You can give opinions, advice and personal
recommendations on specific products or services related to your
field.

3) Personal and Business uses Blogs are a great way to keep
track of your goals and plans just by open writing.

4) Stress Reliever Jot down your vents, gripes, thoughts. Some
also find general writing therapeutic.

5) Search Engine Optimization Search Engines love text and
content. You can also include links to your website which equal
backward links which in turn equals high ranking.

6) Money Makers Yes, you can make money with your blog by
providing readers with quality copy writing and a few affiliate
links.

So how is a blog set up? There are several options you can
choose from when starting your own blog, and a few are:

1) Using a free service such as Blogger.com (
http://www.blogger.com ).

2) Using Blogger.com (or other free blog provider) with your own
domain name that you can purchase through places such as Mommy’s
Helper Domain & Hosting Services (
http://www.mommyshelperonline.com/web-hosting.html ) .

3) You can also choose a paid services such as Blogit.com (
http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Affil/?51483 ) for as little as
$5.95 a month.

You have your blog set up, but how do you get visitors to it and
get them comming back? Along with general advertising, here are
a few more ideas:

1) Directories There are many directories that you can submit
your blog to such as BlogWise.com ( http://www.blogwise.com/ )
To find more simply do a search for blog directories.

2) Link Exchange Place links on your website to your blog and
visa versa.

3) Syndicate Your Blog For example you can now give your
visitors the option of having your blog headlines right on their
MyYahoo! Page. (example -
http://add.my.yahoo.com/rss?url=http%3A//www.2wahms.blogspot.com
) This makes it much simpler for your readers to quickly skim
the topic headlines and an added benefit to you the blogger to
keep your visitors up to date.

You also have the choice of letting your readers comments on
your blog. Most services have these features and can be a great
tool to keep your blog interactive between you and your readers.

With all the spam filters and spam blockers available or
sometimes even automatically installed in email programs, it’s
getting harder every day to keep in constant contact with your
visitors/customers and/or clients. Blogs have shed some new
light in this aspect giving you a better way to communicate.

Most blog services are very user friendly. If you can run simple
programs such as MSWord or Word Perfect then you have the
knowledge to maintain your own blog. There’s no need to even
have html knowledge. In essence, anyone can have his or her own
blog.

Happy Blogging!

Create a directory of web sites on a specific topic.
Give people the option of adding the directory to
their web site by linking to it. Put your business
advertisement at the top of the director’s home
page. This technique will get lots of people to link
to your web site and give you free advertising.

2. Bonus Advertising
Do you have a product or service that doesn’t sell
good? Offer it as a free bonus for someone else’s
product or service. Get free advertising by placing
your web site or business ad on the product or in
the product package.

3. Autoresponder Trade
Trade autoresponder ads with other businesses.
If both of you send out information with auto-
responders just exchange a small classified ad
to put at the bottom or top of each other’s
autoresponder message.

4. Tip Line
Start a free tip line. Offer a free daily, weekly, or
monthly tip recorded on your voice mail. The tips
should be related to your business. Include your ad
for your web site or business at the beginning or
end of your message.

5. Content Swap
Exchange content with other web sites and ezines.
You could trade articles, top ten lists, etc. Both
parties could include a resource box at the end of
the content.
